Build a useful trip request
We arrange and manage your ride from the itinerary you provide. Start with each pickup and destination address, the travel date, and the time you need to arrive. Explain whether you want one transfer, separate outward and return trips, or a vehicle retained between stops. A return journey needs its own timing and meeting point. For an hourly request, include driving, waiting, and every stop in the complete reserved window. Compare the published hourly rates with the exact transfer quote before selecting a product.
For JAX and private aviation
Add the airline, operating flight number, and arrival or departure date. Say whether you will collect checked luggage and provide a contact that can receive itinerary updates. JAX directs pre-arranged providers to its Ground Transportation Area and prohibits their passenger pickup on the public curb or in the Hourly Garage. Keep the confirmed meeting instructions with your flight details; the airport's official guidance explains the different pickup areas. Read our airport pages before submitting. For a private flight, name the airport, FBO, and tail number so the request identifies the correct arrival facility.
For medical, golf, and group travel
For Mayo Clinic, provide the building shown on your appointment instructions and your required arrival time. Mayo advises visitors to check the appointment building when choosing access and parking; see its official campus parking guidance. Describe any folding mobility equipment and its dimensions, companions, or assistance needed, without sending diagnoses or other medical records. Ask whether the vehicle waits or whether the return is a separately confirmed pickup.
For golf, include the course, tee time, resort entrance, and number of travel covers as well as ordinary cases. For THE PLAYERS, check the tournament's current parking and transportation instructions; its 2027 championship guidance requires advance digital parking passes and a separate pass for each day. Check the instructions for your championship year and confirm the drop-off and return plan for your event date. For any group, list adults, children, child-seat requirements, bags, and bulky items.
